Bobby and Gonzo

Hi Cathy,

The boys are doing great. They are growing so quickly! We all just got back from spending a week with my mom up in Wyoming and they had a blast playing with one another and chasing laser pointers. :-) They have become ultimate snuggle bugs.

I wanted to share with you a hysterical moment that happened last night that now requires a home modification.

Last night, I returned home after having dinner with a friend and heard one of them meowing except it didn't quite sound right. I began to look around the kitchen where I heard the noise but couldn't find the little guy. After a few minutes my jaw dropped.


Gotcha!

Little Gonzo found a tiny whole smaller than he is between the dishwasher and the Lazy Susan along the floor board. He apparently got in the hole and explored around behind it, except when he tried to get out he forgot to take into account that both his paws and his face won't fit through the hole.

What I saw was simply Gonzo's little head peeking out of the hole with his paws and rest of his body behind the floorboard. The look on his face was absolutely priceless and I all I could do was bust up laughing all the while thinking, "Great, I haven't even had the cat for 24 hours and we already have to rip the dishwasher out."


Fun with lasers.

We finally got him out of the hole and have since taped it off until I can get seal it off completely or at least temporarily until he's too big to get in it again. Looking back, I should have taken a picture to send you.
